1. Where Do You Ship 

  • Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. 
    In stock orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • USA Shipping 
    We ship to all 50 states & the District of Columbia with standard & express shipping

Canada - Please Read Carefully!

  • We ship to Canada using only UPS.
  • Duties or tariffs are NOT prepaid and must be paid by the buyer before UPS will release your package for delivery
  • We cannot offer refunds for returned shipments due to failure by the recipient to pay for duties. Reshipping will incur additional shipping fees.

 

International Shipping

We hope to expand to more countries in 2027. It's a big logistical feat for a small brand to set up distribution. But we hear you and we're working on it!

 

2. What Is Your Return Policy?

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused and undamaged non-food merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Packaging that is torn open and unsalvageable is considered damaged.
  • If you purchase our return & shipping insurance, your return is free!
  • If you did not purchase insruance, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from your refund along with a 3% credit card processing fee.
  • Food items are not returnable due to health and safety reasons.

 

3. What Happens If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

  • We strongly recommend you purchase shipping insurance, available at checkout.
  • If you purchase return & shipping insurance, you're covered for damages & lost packages!
  • If you do not, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier to try and recoup a refund.
